Wellness Improvements for your Career Track

WICT SE provided a light breakfast, networking and discussion on how to make smart decisions for your health and ultimately your career. Guests heard from a panel of both corporate and sports wellness experts on how to incorporate small changes toward a healthier lifestyle. #GetHealthy

Certified Personal Trainer Victoria Bradley Fierro, gave us insight on Exercise and  Nutrition…how/when/what to eat; emphasis on mindful living and eating.“Stop, Analyze, Identify, Distract.  Eating ‘real’ food, and hydration –drink  water in the amount of half your weight in ounces every day”.

Sara Egert talked about the benefits of YOGA, and breath work:)  She also talked about Feng Shui and creating energetic space.
